Frequently asked

Questions

We specialise in commercial collections of 50 panels or more. For very large loads — 500 panels upward or full farm clearances — we offer tailored logistics including curtain-side vehicles and flatbeds. We do not offer domestic single-panel collections.
Every collection comes with a Waste Transfer Note, a duty of care certificate, and a recycling completion report. Suitable for planning authority conditions, lease obligations, and ESG reporting.
Yes. We work with operators, landowners, and EPC contractors on full site clearances covering panels, inverters, cabling, mounting systems, and monitoring equipment. For large sites we recommend contacting us 4 to 8 weeks ahead of your planned clearance date.
No. We accept panels regardless of condition — cracked, broken, delaminated, fire-damaged, water-ingressed, or end-of-life. If you have a mix of working and non-working panels, mention this in your enquiry.
Standard crystalline silicon panels are classified as WEEE — not hazardous — but must be handled by a licensed carrier. Some thin-film panels containing cadmium may require additional handling. Please mention the panel type when requesting a quote.
Standard commercial loads: typically 5 to 10 working days from quote acceptance. For urgent requirements call 0330 223 7062. Full farm clearances generally require 2 to 4 weeks of lead time.
Panels are processed at approved specialist facilities. Materials recovered include aluminium, glass, silicon cells, copper wiring, and silver — all directed to approved downstream manufacturers, keeping them in the circular economy.
